At Power Health and Performance we work with people of all types from busy executives and entrepreneurs, to do it all moms. With our adult clients we utilize our individualized, holistic approach to health and fitness so we can effectively guide each person to the level of health, fitness, and energy they desire.
Our semi-private training model consists of 2-5 adults training together under the guidance of one of our coaches. The group atmosphere creates a fun, motivating, and supportive environment while at the same time providing each client with their own individualized program created for them based on their initial evaluation. With all of our clients we start out with a comprehensive evaluation where we’ll create specific goals, review nutrition and lifestyle, and complete a thorough movement assessment.
